If You Haven’t Booked Yet, Here’s Why Timing Matters
The day Disney releases packages for a new travel year is historically when availability is at its strongest and base pricing is at its lowest. Since Disney utilizes dynamic pricing, the more rooms and ticket options fill, the more that prices will increase.
At some point later this year, Disney will raise ticket prices, room rates, dining plan costs — or all three. Booking now allows you to secure today’s base rate.
It only requires a $200 deposit per reservation to secure your dates and resort. The remaining balance is not due until 30 days before arrival. This means that you can secure availability and lock in the base pricing while also spreading out your investment.
Secure Your Investment
Disney historically releases promotions after annual price increases. Even when a promotion is offered, it is often based on the higher, post-increase rate.
When you book with me, I continuously monitor your reservation. If a promotion becomes available for your dates and room category, I will automatically handle the adjustment. You never need to worry about watching announcements or rebooking, as I meticulously monitor my clients’ bookings to give you the strongest savings possible.
Options for Direct Booking
If you booked directly with Disney in the excitement of release day, you are not alone. Many families click “confirm” and then quickly realize just how many moving pieces there are. Between dining reservations, park reservation strategies, and special experiences, the planning can feel overwhelming fast.

Option 1: Transfer Your Reservation
- If you booked within the last 30 days and have not paid in full, your reservation may be eligible for transfer to my care. Once transferred, I manage your reservation, monitor for discounts, and guide you through every planning detail.
Option 2: Rebook Strategically
- If your reservation is older, I can evaluate whether rebooking makes sense. Sometimes we can replicate the reservation at similar pricing, allowing you to move it under my management. Simply email me your confirmation email, and I will review your options.
