Walt Disney World FAQ
Do you plan Disney World vacations for families nationwide?
Yes. We plan for families all across the country. We also have advisors in New Jersey, South Carolina, and Illinois, and we’re happy to meet with you over Zoom or by email wherever you live.
How far in advance should we start planning a Disney World vacation?
Ideally, I recommend starting nine to twelve months before your vacation, especially if you’re traveling during school breaks, holidays, or with a larger family group. That gives us time to explore resort options, think through your park days, and make decisions without feeling rushed. But if your trip is coming up sooner, don’t worry! We can help you prioritize what’s most important and make the most of the time you have.
Which Disney World resort is right for our family?
With so many Disney resort hotel options, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the choices. The key is narrowing it down to the right resort for this trip. We look at your family’s ages, budget, transportation preferences, park plans, and how you like to vacation, then help you find a resort that feels like a natural fit. Resort matchmaking is one of our favorite parts of planning!
Can you help with Lightning Lane and dining reservations?
Absolutely! We offer several levels of planning support, so you can choose how much help you’d like along the way. Our Platinum planning package includes dining reservations and initial Lightning Lane selections made for you, and we also offer VIP Lightning Lane Management for families who want additional same-day, in-park assistance. We’ll help you understand your options and choose the level of support that makes the most sense for your family.
Is there a fee to work with Embrace The Magic Travel?
Yes. We offer personalized, fee-based planning services because we believe your family’s vacation deserves dedicated time, thoughtful recommendations, and attention to the details that matter most. Our Essentials, Deluxe, and Platinum planning packages offer different levels of support, and we also offer a Strategy Session for families who need more focused guidance. You can compare the options on our Services page, and we’ll help you choose the level of service that’s right for your trip.
Can we combine Disney World with a Disney cruise or Universal Orlando?
Absolutely, and combining destinations can be a wonderful way to enjoy more of what Central Florida has to offer! Whether you’re dreaming of a few days at Walt Disney World before sailing with Disney Cruise Line or want to experience both Disney and Universal Orlando, we can help you think through the logistics, timing, and overall vacation experience. The goal isn’t to squeeze everything into one trip. It’s to create a vacation that feels right for your family.
Ready to Start Planning?
Your family deserves more than a checklist of Disney reservations. Tell us what you’re dreaming about, and we’ll help you turn those ideas into a thoughtfully planned vacation filled with the moments you’ll remember long after you’re home.
