We specialize in family travel – including couples/romance travel and group travel. Disney destinations are a big part of our portfolio, however, we are also looking for ICs who want to specialize in a variety of destinations/travel.

  • Does your favorite hobby lend itself to destination travel (i.e. ski lodges, food/wine cruises, garden tours)?

Business Goals

We are looking for people that have a desire to build their own business. We are supportive of both full-time entrepreneurs and those who want a flexible part-time side-gig.

We absolutely will be working together to set you up to succeed. The agency will provide you with the support and tools you need to start and grow your business. We collaborate with you to define your niche business and continue mentoring you – while giving you the freedom to grow at your own pace.

As you bring on clients, you’ll have a partner to review your work and answer questions to help you during all the steps. Our travel suppliers also offer specialized training on their products and packages.

We are looking for these qualities in our partnerships

While the best candidates will be experienced in both travel and business – we are accepting both novice and experienced applicants.

The most successful travel professionals will have good connections within their communities (for initial business building). They will be friendly and have a penchant for excellent customer service – including great writing and communication skills.

Computer, internet, phone, and a dedicated workspace are required. Social media and savvy online skills are a bonus. A willingness to grow, learn, and embrace your entrepreneurial spirit is anticipated.

Business Investment

You need to plan to make a monetary investment into your new business. Payment plan options may be available. We may request you submit a resume or have a background check.

Travel Agents primarily earn commission from travel suppliers (like Disney, hotels, cruise companies, etc.). We earn a percentage of the travel packages and are paid after the client travels.
