Disney Movies To Watch Before Your Disney World Trip

Hope your week has been amazing! Mine sure has.

It ended with enjoying one of our favorite movies – it’s a Disney movie we watch before our Disney World trips.

As a solo entrepreneur, I not only travel for pleasure, but I travel for work too. A few weeks ago I was in Charlotte, NC where I had an awesome opportunity to exchange ideas and network with fellow travel business owners. I was honored to be part of a 4 person panel discussion during the workshop portion of the week.

And upon my return, I was asked to reprise my presentation on a live webinar. #flattered

THEN to top off those fabulous few days, my son came home from college for the weekend.

It was fun to catch up and spend some quality time together.

To cap off our mini-reunion, we watched Toy Story 4. This movie series amazes me. Toy Story 1 came out in 1995, 6 years before Will was born. And each version has been as poignant as the one before, capturing the hearts of children and adults alike.

But I think Moms are the ones who really and truly understand the transition of the characters.

As our little ones grow up and check off all the milestoneswe are uniquely positioned to feel the tug and pull of both watching them grow up and wishing they would stay just as they are for a little bit longer.

Moms, you know what I mean, right?

Fortunately, if we are intentional, we can draw even closer to our children with some well-placed quality time. It might look like a mother/son graduation trip (see photo above) or popcorn and a movie on a Saturday night.

Either way, hug them tight, say a prayer for them daily, and hold them close to your heart.

Movie night ideas leading up to your Disney trip
